Who are TravelCafe?

We're real live travel agents with heaps of experience - and we're available online and over the phone (or via Skype) to dish out advice, sharp prices and look after your holidays, business travel and trips to pretty much anywhere for any reason.

Our crew work from all over the place - some from their home offices and some from a base in Hastings in Hawke's Bay, and some (like me) from wherever they happen to be at the time.

Travellers (that's you) seem to like the idea of a travel website with lots of deals backed up by real people you can actually talk to - even after normal business hours. It seemed pretty obvious to us but the best ideas are usually the simple ones.

So... who are we?

We're Greg Southcombe in Hawke's Bay sometimes, in Auckland the rest of the time, Dale Watkins, Cathleen Adams, Kim Dickinson and Karen Hughes all in Hastings, Anne Reid on the North Shore, Desiree Veldsman in South Auckland, Julia Blackburn in Te Aroha, Kaye Clements on the Hibiscus Coast, Lisa Gibson in West Auckland.

And... we're growing. As more and more people find us we need more and more travel experts.

Dale has travelled all over the world, most recently visiting Vanuatu, Fiji, Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore, New Caledonia, Turkey and Cairns! Dales is also an accredited Aussie Specialist , which means if you want to see more than just the usual Aussie sights, Dale is in the know for the best places to go.

Another worldly traveller, Karen has been everywhere! Most recently her trips have been to Canada, Thailand, Vanuatu, Fiji, and house boating in Adelaide! Kim is our super amazing, kind-hearted and over-worked Administration Manager. Yep - you guessed it, Kim handles payroll amongst other things! Kim has been well and truly bitten by the travel bug and even though she's works on the accounts and admin Kim has a very good knowledge of cruising, travel to Australia and the South Pacific. We know when Kim's got a trip coming up as she likes to keep us all informed by her daily reminder of how many sleeps to go until departure.
